Cash Spencer - Owner & Founder

Hey there! I’m Cash Spencer, and I wanted to take a moment to personally introduce myself as the owner of Always Green Tree Service.

I grew up in San Antonio, but spent a lot of time in San Marcos where I went to high school and college. It was during my time in school that I realized I wanted to create something that would let me give back to the community that has given me so much.

That’s how I started my business, not just as a job, but as a way to make a positive impact. For me, landscaping isn’t just about cutting grass or trimming trees, it’s about making a home reflect all the special moments, memories, and milestones that happen there. I believe your home should be a place that tells your story, and I’m passionate about helping make that happen.

At Always Green Tree Service, we’re all about building trust and relationships. I want you to feel at ease knowing that your home is in good hands, and that we’re always here to take care of it like it’s our own. meet Brooke

Front OFFICE MANAGER & MARKETING LEAD

Hi, I’m Brooke Laycock, and I’m the Front Office Manager and Marketing Lead here at Always Green Tree Service. I’m the friendly face (and voice!) that you’ll likely interact with throughout your entire experience with us. From answering your questions and keeping you updated, to making sure everything runs smoothly during the process, I’m here to help every step of the way.

Originally from sunny Tampa, Florida, I moved to Texas in 2021 to pursue my master’s degree. I graduated in 2023, and I’ve been with Always Green Tree Service ever since. While I’ve always loved connecting with new people in my community, it wasn’t until I moved here that I discovered my passion for marketing. What began as a curiosity quickly grew into a love for creating engaging content and helping businesses connect with the people they serve, something I now get to do every day for Always Green Tree Service!

As the Front Office Manager, my role is all about ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported. I’m here to make the process as seamless as possible, answer your questions, and give you peace of mind that everything is in good hands. In addition to managing the office, I oversee all of our social media platforms, where I get to share the incredible work we do and connect with our amazing community.
