Semi Annual Service

(6 months following your initial service or annual membership service)

Our Semi-Annual Service is designed to keep your property looking flawless halfway through the year. It includes our Curb Appeal Package & Fertilization package, which covers:

Trimming all trees on your property (front, back, and sides)
Trimming all bushes on the property
Soft washing the entire house
Pressure washing all hard surfaces, including driveways, walkways, patios, and more
Cleaning gutters (if present)
Cleaning and drying windows
Installing 2 yards of fresh black mulch
Installing three tree uplights (one at the base of each of three trees)
Fertilization of all trees and some bushes (depending on species) on property
Performing thorough safety checks to ensure your property remains secure

This service is perfect for maintaining a pristine, well-kept appearance while keeping your home safe and visually stunning.

Annual Service

(12 months after your initial service or 6 months after your semi-annual member service)

Our Annual Service provides comprehensive, year-round care for your property by combining our Semi-Annual Service benefits with our Tree Trimming Package for an added focus on tree health. This includes:

Trimming all trees on the property with a full safety and health-focused trim
Trimming all bushes on the property
Soft washing the entire house
Pressure washing all hard surfaces, including driveways, walkways, patios, and more
Cleaning gutters (if present)
Cleaning and drying windows
Installing 2 yards of fresh black mulch
Installing three tree uplights (one at the base of each of three trees)
