Do you take deposits?
No, we don’t take deposits. We believe great service starts with trust, which is why you don’t pay until the job is complete and you’re fully satisfied.
I just accepted my quote, now what?
Once you accept your quote, our Office Manager, Brooke, will text you with the next steps (usually the same day or up to 48 hours after you've accepted the quote)
Will you haul off the debris?
Yes! We haul off all debris from the job!
Can your team leave the leftover wood on my property for firewood?
Absolutely! Just make sure to let our front office know so they can add a note to your work order!
Do I need to be present the day of the job?
We ask that at least one homeowner be present on the day of the job, in certain cases, we can make exceptions, but this must be communicated to the front office before confirming the job date.
Will a manager be present on the day of the job?
Yes, our Field Operations Manager, Allen, will be present!
The crew just finished and I am ready to pay, how do I pay?
Once the crew has marked the job completed on our scheduling platform, our front office manager, Brooke, will reach out to confirm everything was taken care of and that you are happy with the work. Once we receive this confirmation, we will send the link to our online payment portal!
dO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKS?
Yes, we accept both! We accept all credit cards and checks can be made out to Always Green Tree Service and mailed into us!
Your team quoted me $2k for two trees, why is it so high?
Unlike traditional tree service companies, we offer tree trimming packages rather than pricing each tree individually. If you received a quote with a total price, that reflects one of our tree trimming packages, we currently offer three.
